General booking conditions:
• the booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit, by bank transfer to the address Bagni Perelli, Banca BPER Loano, Iban: IT 09 T053 8749 4300 0004 7211 557. Enter the name indicated at the time of booking and the period in the reason for payment.
•In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded; after this deadline no refund will be made.
•The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival; in case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged, less the deposit paid.
•Use of the umbrella is permitted for up to a maximum of four (4) people, including children. A higher number of occupants will only be permitted with management approval and will result in an increase in the rate.
